Mr. Daniel's practice is focused on the representation of businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs in connection with corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, private equity/venture capital financing and general contractual matters.
Mr. Daniel began his legal career in Dallas in the corporate section of Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C., and in 2013, moved his practice to Houston, where he worked in the corporate section of another prominent Texas-based regional firm, Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry, P.C.
