Laura E. Brandt
Laura Brandt is a commercial litigator with experience across multiple industries. She advocates for clients in a wide range of business litigation matters in both state and federal courts throughout the country. As a trained journalist, Ms. Brandt enjoys the opportunity to untangle complex scenarios, tackle challenging legal issues, and construct persuasive arguments while also working to obtain efficient and favorable results for her clients.
Prior to joining PCR, Ms. Brandt practiced at national and regional law firms representing highly visible clients in high-stakes litigation, where she has obtained numerous favorable settlements and verdicts for her clients. In her practice, she assists both individuals and companies in all phases of litigation—from pre-suit demands through jury trials and post-trial disputes. This includes significant experience with case evaluation and strategy, discovery and depositions, issues related to expert witnesses, motion practice, and trial preparation.
