Kim Moore is a seasoned litigator and transactional attorney. Prior to joining Platt Cheema & Richmond, PLLC, Ms. Moore practiced at two regional law firms where she honed her practice in several areas of law. At these firms she successfully represented Fortune 500 companies in the financial, information technology, consumer staples and industrials sectors. She subsequently served as associate general counsel for a national investment and property management company where she was responsible for coordinating legal activities and initiatives across the portfolio which include, but were not limited to, development, operations, acquisitions and dispositions in retail and commercial real estate, hospitality, and technology.
Ms. Moore’s experience includes overseeing both the completion of transactions as well as all phases of pre-litigation activities through trial in both State and Federal court. It also comprises knowledge of a broad variety of areas of law including construction law, banking law, real estate law, bankruptcy, contract law, employment law, collection matters and general business disputes. She has additionally advised and assisted corporate clients regarding contracts, risk assessments, entity formation, employment matters and general operational issues. Her representation has further included numerous court appearances for trials, litigation-based motion practice, emergency orders, injunctive relief and general business litigation issues.
