Mr. Lin’s practice focuses on corporate litigation with an emphasis on trade secret and patent litigation. He has experience in federal courts across the country in each stage of litigation and has represented both small and Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes litigation.
In his practice, Mr. Lin has counseled clients in a wide range of industries, including life sciences, medical devices, software, hardware, and automotive. Mr. Lin also represents clients in crafting and negotiating intellectual property agreements, including product licensing and purchases.
Prior to joining PCR as Of Counsel, Mr. Lin practiced at Sidley Austin LLP and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Mr. Lin is admitted to practice in both Texas and New York.
